There is little i can say of this one product so others haven’t said: having an elderly mother in the house, who can eat little, this one product has made my life extremely much easier. She can actually eat most of as much as i have made thus far. These are benefits of pressure cooking in general, regardless of who made the unit. What i equal about this cooker is the ease of utilization then speed with which it changes heat settings (from browning to saute, because of example) then its easy-to-operate controls. Being electric, then not stovetop, makes me feel safer, then it uses much less electricity so my stove. cuisinart cpc-600 pressure cooker is laden with safety features, then the automatic timer adds convenience as well.one flaw only annoys me: around the cavity into which the pot sits, there is a ring with protrusions over a recess so surrounds the cavity, then which the lid locks onto during pressure cooking. This makes because of extremely difficult cleanup in this one one area. A sponge or paper towel wedged into the crevice then run around the outside does a fair job, except is a real pain–and because this one recess inevitably traps spills, it requires constant cleaning. But because of this one one design flaw, i find the product deserves high praise because of its efficiency, safety then ease of utilization. I would defintely recommend both it then pressure cooking in general to anybody who likes good food.
